Trefid Spoon, London 1701, William Petley.

A fine colour and patination spoon with almost totally unworn bowl and very small “ears”. Made in London in 1701 by William Petley. It has original pricked initials “W T” to back of stem.The overall condition of the spoon is very good. This spoon is a 7.9 inches long and weighs 1 ounce 11 pennyweights (49 grams).
