A Rare English Provincial Trefid Spoon, made in Shaftesbury c.1691 by Valentine Chamberlain - maker's mark VC beneath a crown as seen on Church plate in the area;  of classic trefid form with plain rattail.  Measuring approx. 7.25" (18.6cm)  in length.
