George III Dog Collar London 1791 by Robert Nash Overstriking

Circular bead edge dog collar backed in red leather and inscribed "Won by Capt. Hatt's Hansome, Ashdown Park, Jany. 1792". Adjustable in size, the widest being 4.5cm (11.5cm) and the smallest 3.9" (10cm). Robert Nash's mark is overstriking W? which in turn appears to be overstriking a third punch.
