Basket London 1829 by William Bateman

William Bateman descends from a long line of well-known silvermith and made this ornate basket in the first two years of being a 'qualified' silversmith. It measures 13.9" (35.5cm) acros, 11.25" (28.7cm) across and 14.7" (37.5cm) to extended handle which is engraved with intertwined initials.
