20th Century Sterling Silver Canteen Sheffield 1973

A comprehensive, good 'working' canteen of attractive feather edge pattern flatware stamped with the special bi-centenary Sheffield Assay Office date letter, the same as in 1773. The maker's marks is RW over B for Sir Richard Woodman Burbridge who was the Chairman of Harrods and other silver with his mark carries the Harrods retail stamp.
