A rare English Blue, Green and White Colour Twist Glass circa 1760, with a conical bowl over a multiple series enamel twist with three colours. A very rare and desirable glass. 14.9cm high. £3,250.
A scarce English engraved and Green Single Series Opaque Twist Wine Glass circa 1760, with fruiting vine engraved bowl, raspberry prunts on a solid section all on a domed foot (see example, Hubbard page 99 plate 146). Colour glass enamel twists are a great rarity. 15.9cm high. £2,950.
A rare and possibly unique English Three Colour "Beilby" Wine Glass Ca. 1765-70, by William Beilby. The "Beilby Butterfly" was a motif used by William Beilby and is found on this glass. This very glass is pictured in colour, on page 54 of “Investing in Georgian Glass” by Ward Lloyd, 16cm high. SOLD
